General Manager/Head of Project Management

OVERVIEW

The General Manager/Head of Project Management is responsible for improving efficiency and increasing departmental profits while managing overall operations. They oversee several elements of the business, including hiring staff, operating budgets, and project managing that could attract more customers.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven track record Regulatory leadership in the CMC areas of strategy and submission authoring required

  • Experience with both small and large molecules preferred
  • Direct experience with regulatory agency negotiation and meetings with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to establish a home office and work autonomously remotely
  • Scientific background/regulatory understanding
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
  • Experience in planning and budgeting
  • Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.)
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • BSc/BA in Business or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
  • Knowledge of a variety of dosage forms is a plus.
